This position is responsible for assisting the Associate Dean of Space and Facilities Planning in overseeing the Trinity College of Arts & Sciences Facilities Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various operations, providing customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Dean
Requirements:
