QualificationsExperience: A minimum of two years in educational roles and three years in clinical practice within a specialty area is required.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is essential.
Licensure: Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse License and obtain Basic Life Support certification shortly after hiring.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in leadership roles, advanced education in nursing, and specialty certifications are advantageous.
