Clinical Nurse Educator Job Description
Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Clinical Nurse Educator - Surgical position in the Clackamas, OR area. We are seeking experienced nurses with a strong background in surgical nursing to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical education and training to nursing staff on surgical procedures and best practices
* Develop and implement educational programs to improve patient outcomes and nursing skills
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
* ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
* Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
* Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical nursing
