Job Summary

Opyacare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with pediatricians and other medical professionals in the Sacramento area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase referrals from pediatricians and other medical professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pediatricians, office managers, and other staff.
  • Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to track activity and measure effectiveness.
  • Lead medical professional-facing initiatives, including information sessions, community events, and conference booths.
  • Attend events and conferences to develop relationships and promote Opyacare services.
  • Design and execute new outreach ideas to increase referrals.
  • Gather and assess market data and competitive intelligence to identify targeted referral lists or new sources of referrals.
  • Support the development of collateral materials relevant to community outreach work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare or sales experience, preferably in the Sacramento area.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining deep relationships with medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
  • Valid California Driver's License and vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience working with pediatricians or selling pharmaceuticals in the Sacramento area.
  • Superior sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
