Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Advocate to join our team at Health Advocates. As a key member of our staff, you will provide critical support to our clients and patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient needs, developing and implementing effective care plans.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient advocacy or clinical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and other relevant software systems.
