Key Responsibilities

The Technical Services Team Lead will be responsible for conducting advanced business analysis and overseeing the implementation of business process improvements. Key duties include:
  • Managing department applications and ensuring accurate data consolidation.
  • Creating and updating financial reports and documentation.
  • Collaborating with finance and technology leaders to define application strategies.
  • Supporting daily operations of departmental applications.
  • Developing management controls for cash forecasting.

  • Preparing business requirement documents and training materials.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in business analysis, technical system analysis, or project management is required. Graduate-level education may also substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Tableau, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and Power BI is highly desirable.

Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP and financial software.
  • Expertise in financial reporting tools.
  • Strong project planning and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.


Physical Requirements:
