**Financial Reporting and Analysis**

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for producing reporting schedules covering various topics, including cash balance, compensation, operations expenses, philanthropy, and research. This will help facilitate monthly finance reporting and ensure accurate financial data.

**Reporting and Payroll Management**

You will prepare and distribute payroll, transaction detail, specialty reports, and other as-needed reports to departments. Additionally, you will prepare budget vs. actual comparisons and supporting notes.

**Accounts Receivable and Invoicing**

Partner with departments to ensure accuracy of clinical program rosters and generate and send invoices to affiliate partners. You will also record AR transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

**Process Improvement and Finance Cerebrum Management**

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and communicate process improvements and best practices. You will also manage the Finance Cerebrum (intranet) updating content and adding new pages as needed.

**Financial Administration and Coordination**

Manage the Contracts+ queue to verify procurement approval and coordinate and manage the Dell Med Finance working sessions, including scheduling, planning, and oversight of the Qualtrics queue. You will also manage centralized UT email lists and Electronic Office Manager (EOM) for Dell Medical School.

**TANGO Reconciliation and Access Management**

Manage the TANGO reconciliation processes, generating reports of outstanding reconciliations, working with departments to ensure reconciliations are complete, and acting as a subject matter expert to provide guidance and support. You will also manage access to centralized UT BOX folders and manage centralized Finance Qualtrics/Microsoft forms.

**Communication and Collaboration**

Attend weekly meetings with the AP team to address any issues or problems that the team is encountering and bridge the communication between the reporting and AP/procurement teams.
