As a Front Desk Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Welcome and assist guests with their stay, including checking in/out, wake-up calls, and handling guest concerns and requests
  • Take reservation requests and make adjustments to reservations as needed
  • Work with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience
  • Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports
  • Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests

**Requirements:**

  • HS Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years in a previous customer service position
  • Basic office skills (i.e. math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)
