Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract and onboard sales professionals, from entry-level to seasoned experts.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing techniques, including online job platforms, social media, networking opportunities, and referrals to discover potential candidates.
  • Perform comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, competencies, and cultural alignment.
  • Organize and engage in career fairs, job expos, and other recruitment initiatives to showcase our organization and draw in prospective talent.
  • Establish and nurture a robust candidate pipeline by building relationships with educational institutions, vocational schools, industry groups, and other pertinent organizations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements, job specifications, and candidate preferences.

  • Maintain precise and current records of candidate details, interview evaluations, and hiring metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Proven ability to implement various recruitment strategies to attract and secure top sales talent.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment is required.
  • Familiarity with attending recruitment events (such as career fairs, veteran events, and networking opportunities) is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Creative in generating innovative recruitment strategies while upholding the company brand.
