Key Responsibilities

As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exemplary wait service for premium suites.
  • Preparing assigned suites to meet food and beverage requirements for events.
  • Taking and delivering orders during events, ensuring all guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Maintaining a polished and professional appearance, as well as a clean work environment.
  • Managing cash transactions and cleaning the suite post-event.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Understanding of customer service principles.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate event-based work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
