We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Lead to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers. As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of sales merchandisers to drive sales and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and develop a team of sales merchandisers to achieve sales goals and meet client expectations.
- Train and educate sales merchandisers on product lines, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with store associates and management to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Communicate successes and potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
- Ensure knowledge of all company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalency certification required.
- Valid driver's license required for travel to additional locations.
- Automobile liability insurance required.
- Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required.
- Customer service or sales experience required.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
