Customer Service Supervisor Job Description

Kohl's is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team of customer service representatives. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for training and developing our associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop customer service representatives to meet sales and customer service goals
  • Oversee daily operations of the cash office and ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the registers and service desk areas
  • Supervise and assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Proven leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
