**Job Title:** Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year

**Location:** Little Rock, Arkansas

At Arkansas Children's, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, educate patients and families on orthopedic conditions and treatments, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and specialty care for pediatric patients with orthopedic conditions
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Develop and implement education programs for patients and families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas
  • Experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in an orthopedic setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
