**Job Description:**

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing individualized care plans for premature and critically ill newborns;
  2. Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families;
  3. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination;
  4. Participating in complex medical procedures and interventions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field;
  • Active RN license;
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in NICU setting;
  • Current certifications in neonatal nursing (RNC-NIC).
