Position Overview

Compensation: $23.50 to $26.00 per hour based on Class A license, with additional shift premiums of $1.00 for evening hours and $2.00 for overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities
As a Trailer Spotting Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Moving trailers to and from dock doors efficiently.
  • Ensuring fuel levels in trailers are maintained at or above the halfway mark.
  • Completing trailer inventories, monitoring refrigeration temperatures, and maintaining a clean and organized yard.
  • Coordinating trailer shuttling for vehicle washing services on weekends.
  • Participating in a feeder program designed to prepare for future driver positions within the PNW Division.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Proficiency in operating diesel tractors with various trailer lengths.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Successful completion of a DOT physical examination.
  • Possession of a valid CDL and Medical Card.
  • Self-motivated and committed to safety in the workplace.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
