Position Overview

Compensation: $23.50 to $26.00 per hour based on Class A licensing, with additional shift premiums of $1.00 for evening hours (7:00 PM - 11:59 PM) and $2.00 for overnight hours (12:00 AM - 5:00 AM).

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Safely maneuvering trailers to and from loading docks.
  • Ensuring fuel levels in trailers are maintained at or above the halfway mark.
  • Completing trailer inventories, monitoring refrigeration temperatures, and maintaining a clean and organized yard.
  • Coordinating trailer shuttling for vehicle washing services on weekends.
  • This role serves as a pathway for future driver opportunities within the organization.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Proficiency in operating diesel tractors with trailers of various lengths.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Successful completion of a DOT physical examination.
  • Possession of a valid CDL and Medical Card.
  • Self-motivated and committed to safety practices.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
