Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Services Assistant to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a key member of our Resident Services team, you will provide essential support and care to our participants, ensuring they receive the highest quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and support to participants with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the Resident Services Coordinator and Operations Supervisor to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in caring for frail and elderly populations.
Requirements
  • Currently certified in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or become certified prior to start date.
  • 1 year recent experience as a caregiver with a frail or elderly population.
