  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and experience in financial analysis, auditing, and/or fraud investigations.">
  • You will work closely with law enforcement agents to investigate complex financial crimes, conduct forensic analysis, and provide expert testimony in judicial proceedings.">
  • This is a full-time position with a 43-hour workweek, including weekends and evenings, and requires overnight travel and 24/7 emergency call availability.">
  • As a Senior Financial Analyst Investigator, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes public service and makes a meaningful impact on the community.">

Required Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.">
  • Experience in financial analysis, auditing, and/or fraud investigations.">
  • Ability to obtain Class I Law Enforcement Officer Certification through the SC Criminal Justice Academy if not already certified.">
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.">
  • Basic data entry and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.">
  • Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of SLED Headquarters.">
  • Aptitude for working independently and as part of a team.">
