Job Description:
As a Residential Mortgage Sales Development Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on residential mortgage sales. Your responsibilities will include assisting mortgage banking lending officers with customer contact and follow-up on loans in process. You will also coordinate with the corporate marketing department and senior leadership to develop and implement email and social media marketing material and campaigns. Additionally, you will work on homebuyer seminar/webinars developing event content and presentation, and be assigned a project to improve a specific process or solve a problem.

Salary: $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills. You must also be able to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and take direction quickly. A financial background and previous internship experience are highly desirable.
