Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina.

About the Job

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. You will work 12-hour shifts, days, providing top-notch care to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory therapy to patients with a variety of conditions, including those with lung disease, trauma, and cardiac arrest.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, such as spirometry and peak flow measurements.
  • Administer medications and perform various procedures, including intubation and ventilation management.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
  • 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a critical care unit.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
