As a Data Analyst Specialist at CenterWell, you will coordinate with analytics, IT, and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs. Your work assignments will be varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

You will leverage advanced knowledge of data, modeling, optimization, and tools to apply disciplined analytics to predict behavior and optimize programs and products to maximize revenue growth. Utilize advanced or predictive modeling to develop, test, and validate cases that improve the outcomes and quality of the programs we offer.

In this role, you will contribute to innovative approaches to financial models as you build knowledge of the business context in which you operate. You will understand and analyze complex data, articulate it to various units within the company at the appropriate level, impact the business from mathematical concepts that have a potentially sizeable dollar impact on the business.

To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree, 2-5 years of data analysis experience, and ability to use appropriate problem-solving, research, and analysis tools. Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques, and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions is also required. Additionally, you should have strong attention to detail, comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $89,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
