Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Service Plumber to install and repair plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Install and repair plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings, including pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and other mechanical equipment.
  • Test systems for leaks and other problems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Obey health and safety codes at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Select the most cost-effective, quality products for installation and repair.
  • Work effectively with electricians, construction workers, and other professionals to complete projects efficiently.
  • Provide time and cost estimates to clients before starting a project.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License to travel to job sites.
  • High school diploma or similar to demonstrate basic education requirements.
  • 3+ years' experience in commercial plumbing (preferably in service) to demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial/industrial water, heating, and ventilation systems to ensure effective installation and repair.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a high level of service to clients.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repair.
