Job Summary

Hickory Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer sites to perform service and customer support.
  • Diagnose and correct malfunctions on equipment.
  • Provide technical feedback on equipment by submitting detailed field service reports.
  • Communicate professionally with customers in a service-oriented manner both in person and in writing.
  • Promote sales and service on customer equipment.
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years minimum experience in the light commercial or industrial HVAC industry.
  • HVAC manufacturer-specific training or college education is preferred.
  • Experience with Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration systems and components.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration & teamwork with peers.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Background check.
