Job Title: Mechanical Product Engineer

At InVeris, our mission is to protect lives by delivering superior training solutions. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Product Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Mechanical Product Engineer will use expertise to increase production capabilities, design and improve integrated systems, and impact safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the product development team to finalize product design for production
  • Identify and implement design improvements to deliver production savings
  • Manage product component obsolescence and availability in support of production

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement processes
  • Ability to improve products or services by applying professional and business knowledge
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
