About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to oversee the strategic development, maintenance, and monitoring of success for Actabl's integrations product.

This role will be responsible for true ownership of the product's strategy, what to build and why, its requirements, and the overall management of product releases.

The successful candidate will be a customer advocate, working closely with stakeholders to understand the constraints and design a product solution or team process that works for our customers and business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a holistic view from a business perspective, effectively partnering with the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a constructive and collaborative relationship with stakeholders, setting and continuously managing expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a perspective on users, market, competitors, and businesses, becoming an acknowledged expert on the customer.
  • Conduct product organization research and analysis, developing industry/domain knowledge to make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and drive the Actabl Data Roadmap to achieve a positive business outcome.
  • Enable and mentor the team, working closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and testers to communicate vision and strategy.
  • Provide training and support to other teams to properly equip our customers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of web-based technical product management experience, developing a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale products.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering integrations or technical products, with an understanding of software development frameworks and technical knowledge of APIs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tech stack (C#, MS SQL, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficient using product tools like JIRA, Product Board, Pendo, and Fullstory.
  • Background in hospitality or familiarity with hospitality technology platforms and systems.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and managing strategic accounts.
  • Deep customer empathy, with the ability to distill customer use cases into detailed API requirements and communicate them technically and non-technically.
  • Proven ability to collect and measure KPIs effectively.
