Professional Mover

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Mover - Junk Removal Specialist to join our team at College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a stress-free moving or hauling experience for our clients, and upholding the company's core values of Building Leaders, Always Branding, Listen Fulfill and Delight, and Creating a Fun Enthusiastic Team Environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring 110% satisfaction with every interaction.
• Operate safely at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily truck inspections, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
• Make logistical decisions, such as disposal, donation, or recycling, to ensure efficient job completion.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values and training new hires on day-to-day operations.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
• Regularly check-in with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance.

• Contribute to the community by donating two meals to Feeding Children Everywhere for every job completed.

$22.00 per hour
