• Provide friendly and professional service to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction
• Operate safely at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Conduct daily truck inspections, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are on hand
• Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks
• Make logistical decisions, including disposal, donation, and recycling of items
• Lead by example, demonstrating our company's core values and training new hires on day-to-day operations
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, and unhappy clients
• Check-in regularly with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance
