Job Summary

As a Mover - Junk Removal Specialist, you will act as a navigator, hauler, mover, and assistant to the Truck Captain. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to client needs.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Price jobs competitively, meeting and surpassing sales benchmarks.
  • Make logistical decisions regarding job execution, including disposal, donation, and recycling.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values and promoting a positive team culture.
  • Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and core values.
  • Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, and unhappy clients.
  • Regularly check-in with direct supervisors for additional assignments and guidance.
