Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mover and Hauler to join our team at College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring a stress-free experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring 110% satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Operate safely and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough truck inspections daily, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
  • Make logistical decisions, including disposal, donation, and recycling of items.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of our company.
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
  • Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, and unhappy clients.
  • Check-in regularly with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance.
