Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Patient Services Manager to join our food and nutrition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Train, monitor, and hire staff
  • Conduct annual staff evaluations and maintain disciplinary policy
  • Ensure patient satisfaction and coordinate food service standards
  • Implement and maintain the patient ambassador program
  • Educate patients and family members on nutritional needs
  • Attend patient rounds and present oneself in a professional manner

Requirements

  • CDM, RD, or LD preferred
  • Bachelor in Food and Nutrition or 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards
