Piedmont Medical Center is seeking a Director of Women's Services to provide strategic leadership and oversight for nursing and patient care functions specific to women's health within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a valid registered nurse license, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and comprehensive knowledge of hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active and current RN license

Educational Qualifications:
- Associate degree in nursing, complemented by a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline or a BSN
- Preferred: Master's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field
Professional Experience:
A minimum of two years of progressive management experience within a hospital setting is required.
Certifications:
Preferred: Current RN License
