Join Our Team as a Radio Communications Test Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Radio Communications Test Engineer to become a vital part of our Test Engineering team. This role is essential for the development, integration, testing, and upkeep of radio communication testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and sustain radio communication testing apparatus
  • Evaluate software and hardware for diagnostic testing environments
  • Assist in the efforts of test stations, including requirements gathering, design, and integration
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues related to testing equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and project leadership
  • Manage multiple projects and engineering tasks
  • Devise testing solutions for manufacturing and service settings

Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills with a background in software development (Python preferred)
  • Experience in radio communication diagnostics and the ability to interpret wiring schematics
  • Familiarity with supporting automated testing stations or systems
  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong technical writing abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience connecting ATE test software with laboratory instruments
  • Knowledge of SQL programming for relational databases
  • Capability to reverse engineer existing equipment
  • Experience in designing project test solutions for global deployment
