Job Title: Industrial Engineer - High-Frequency Communication

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our High-Frequency Communication team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for applying Industrial Engineering concepts, techniques, analysis, and decision tools to promote and implement changes in manufacturing operations to achieve site goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve quality, reduce costs, and improve the flow of products through automation and process improvements
  • Conduct studies on cost control, productivity, cost reduction, inventory, and production record systems
  • Review products/processes for quality, safety, and producibility risks and work with design to incorporate changes to eliminate the risks
  • Manage moderately sized projects or processes
  • Independently resolve problems that are difficult and often complex
  • Develop tactical plans to manage day-to-day challenges
Requirements:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Working towards a BS in Industrial Engineering is preferred
  • Prior experience in manufacturing environments is preferred
