Job OverviewAs a Studio Manager at OVME, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail medical aesthetic studios. This includes managing local market operations, including payment transactions, personnel scheduling, real-time personnel HR issues, studio resource planning, customer experience, and studio aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage studio operations, including payment transactions, personnel scheduling, and real-time personnel HR issues.
  • Oversee studio resource planning, customer experience, and studio aesthetics.
  • Order, manage, and track all studio medical, office, and product inventories.
  • Generate inventory records and track invoices.
  • Implement daily, weekly, and monthly studio goals and assess employee performance.
  • Maintain a happy and healthy work environment that promotes the OVME brand and culture.
  • Plan and manage local market customer events in coordination with the Director of Operations and local event coordinator.
  • Ensure all documents, waivers, and licenses are completed by state law.
  • Work directly with the Chief Operating Officer to create ongoing staff coaching and education training plans.
  • Manage membership initiatives and offer insight into local market conditions, trends, and other pertinent demographics that impact sales.
  • Manage and train studio staff and maintain a level of expertise on all products offered by the company as well as competitive products and industry trends.
  • Responsible for on-boarding, termination, and training of staff.
  • Routinely coach and train subordinate team members.
  • Lead and participate in OVME events (parties) – both onsite and offsite.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable industry experience.
  • 2-5 years concentrated experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, injectables, and all other premium aesthetic services is preferred.
  • Medical CRM experience a plus.
