Job Title: Ophthalmic Surgical Trainer

At RxSight Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmic Surgical Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing world-class training and support to physicians and surgical technicians on the use of our innovative medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our medical devices, ensuring that customers have a deep understanding of their features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, both on-site and remotely, to ensure that customers are fully equipped to use our devices effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical device technologies and advancements, applying this knowledge to enhance our training programs and services.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a related field, such as medical device sales, training, or customer support.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs and exceptional customer support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
