The Position:

In the role of Technical Solutions Strategist, you will oversee all technical sales interactions with prospective clients and channel partners. This includes conducting demonstrations, crafting tailored solutions, establishing reference architectures, and developing implementation and support frameworks. You will also spearhead the program management of post-sales deployments, coordinating resources and expertise between Oden and the client. A successful Technical Solutions Strategist will possess deep expertise in manufacturing AI, ML, and analytics applications, as well as the manufacturing processes that provide essential data.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop solution designs, project plans, and reference architectures during pre-sales to foster trust and effective engagement with clients.
  • Align success criteria and architectures to clearly communicate the capabilities of the Oden system and its compatibility with existing infrastructures.
  • Create comprehensive implementation plans, detailing system configurations, data migration strategies, and integration needs.
  • Manage all implementation phases post-sale, ensuring alignment of resources, timelines, and technical responsibilities with business objectives.
  • Generate new specifications and documentation for technical procedures and user support guides.
  • Collaborate strategically with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams on new features, standards, and market strategies based on client feedback and project requirements.
  • Establish, validate, and support production AI and ML applications and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Industrial Process/Data Engineer, or similar roles involving enterprise or cloud software.
  • Proven success in selling and/or deploying SaaS or enterprise software solutions to large organizations.
  • Expertise in data manipulation using SQL or scripting languages.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Self-motivated with the energy, drive, and determination to thrive in a dynamic environment.
