Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment to meet business needs, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Use technical skills to improve line and system performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Participate in autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Contribute to quality assurance activities, performing visual inspections and measuring techniques to ensure product quality.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and timely, maintaining records of production and quality data.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a high-speed industrial/manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekends and overtime, as required.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, carry, reach, climb, twist, and perform other tasks as needed.
  • Computer literacy and ability to operate supporting equipment.
  • English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
