About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible hospital patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) at our Hospital partner in Greenville, SC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, key hospital personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program implementation.
  • Create a positive patient/client relationship and serve as the onsite contact for our organization.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to identify eligible patients and facilitate enrollment into the HIPP program.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and families throughout the enrollment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on program requirements and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal program outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred, with a Master's degree being a plus.
  • At least five years of internal patient-related, hospital experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish, with fluency in Spanish being a significant asset.
  • Flexibility to work an adaptive schedule to accommodate patients and hospital needs.
  • Ability to pass hospital credentialing, including all vaccines and drug & alcohol testing.
