Job Summary:

The Director of Business Services will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems and processes. This includes providing training to staff, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on Standard Operating Procedures and technology systems
  • Identify and document new enhancements and modifications to our systems
  • Produce regular data performance reports and respond to inquiries from stakeholders
  • Provide executive leadership with accurate and efficient performance data to inform strategic planning and program execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human services, or related field; master's degree preferred
  • Experience working as a business analyst in public administration, health administration, non-profit management, social services, or related field
  • Familiarity with management information systems and technical training delivery
  • Proven ability to analyze and document business processes, gather requirements, and create functional specifications for IT projects
