Job Description

Perfection Servo, a SunSource company, specializes in providing worldwide service, repair and remanufacturing in the areas of electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos and mechanical components for various industries.

Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive growth with established customers and develop new business opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be supported by our knowledgeable inside sales team and managers who will assist you in meeting and exceeding your sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with leadership to create a sales plan to develop a prospect list to capture new business.
  • Full cycle prospecting activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Utilize tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territory.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering, or 2-year technical degree preferred.
  • 1+ year industrial sales experience, preferably in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components.
  • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), and ability to learn and effectively use a CRM system.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Overnight travel may be required.
