Key Responsibilities- Patient Engagement: Develop strong relationships with patients, demonstrating a patient-centric attitude and professionalism that instills confidence in our services.
- Medical Data Collection: Gather and record accurate patient data, including chief complaints, medical histories, and screening results, to support our medical team's decision-making.
- Medical Procedures: Assist with administering dilation drops, performing visual acuity tests, glaucoma tests, and OCT scans, as needed.
- Patient Coordination: Direct and accompany patients to designated rooms for care, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Personal Qualities: Must be motivated to provide excellent patient care, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous ophthalmology experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency in healthcare management systems.
