About the Position
Brandon J. Broderick is a forward-thinking law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services. We are seeking a Law Firm Growth Strategist to join our team, focusing on establishing and maintaining relationships with medical providers, driving growth and success for our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain relationships with medical providers, driving growth and revenue.
- Educate medical providers about our services, highlighting the value we bring to their practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for medical providers, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact information and meeting notes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the healthcare or legal industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with medical professionals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
$80,000 - $120,000 USD annually, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and sick leave.
