Business Development Manager

About the Role
Brandon J. Broderick is a prestigious law firm seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing and maintaining relationships with medical providers, fostering growth opportunities for our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with medical providers within designated geographical areas.
- Educate medical providers about our services, highlighting the value we bring to their practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for medical providers regarding case updates, documentation requirements, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expand our network of medical providers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact information and meeting notes.
- Organize daily/weekly tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the healthcare or legal industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with medical professionals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations (preferred).
Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 USD annually, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and sick leave.
