Cerium Networks is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, generating leads and qualifying prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Cerium Networks' products and services, articulating their value proposition to clients.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets, exceeding expectations and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales and account acquisition.
  • Minimum four years of business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Minimum five years of work experience in a professional business setting.
  • Outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven and committed to hitting sales targets and activity levels.
  • Knowledge of Social Networking platforms and CRM required.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base pay range: $80,000 to $100,000 plus commissions (OTE Year 1 @ Target = $175k, Year 2 @Target = $250k).
