Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition at Mile Out. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective strategies to meet our annual financial targets, build strong relationships with customers, and understand prevailing market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth and expand the customer base
  • Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned accounts and territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business requirements and objectives
  • Partner with customers to effectively communicate the value proposition and negotiate sales
  • Report on market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven sales experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to meet or exceed annual sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition and negotiate sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
