KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a primary support resource and intermediary between the sales department and clients, while collaborating with all internal divisions including Creative Services, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finishing.
  • Execute all responsibilities with a foundation of trust and the highest ethical standards, adhering to established safety protocols, company policies, and procedures.
  • Provide estimates and quotations to clients.
  • Process and validate purchase orders.
  • Determine delivery timelines for orders and monitor progress throughout the production cycle.
  • Document customer modifications and ensure they are communicated through production.
  • Analyze inventory items and replenish stock based on data insights with managerial consent.
  • Collaborate with teams to guarantee the correct design and execution of orders.
  • Identify necessary materials to ensure successful order fulfillment.
  • Evaluate and procure bulk purchases of litho and top sheets with management approval.
  • Oversee production processes for effective communication regarding fulfillment, shipping, and logistics needs.
  • Track inventory items, order milestones, and deliverables.
  • This is a full-time position within an office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the corrugated packaging and/or point-of-purchase display manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with structural/graphic arts, lithographic printing, pre-press, and fabrication is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Amtech, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong business insight, management, and development skills.
  • Robust decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate various situations.
  • Effective prioritization and execution of tasks.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure with numerous interruptions.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Results-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
