  • Analyze complex legal situations, understand client needs, and devise strategic action plans to achieve their goals
  • Prepare and execute wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to ensure seamless asset transfer
  • Communicate effectively with clients to educate them on asset protection strategies and provide regular updates on their plans
  • Represent clients in court proceedings as needed to protect their interests
  • Assist clients in understanding their needs and developing a plan to achieve their goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Minnesota Estate Planning and Probate law
  • Licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Iowa, or both
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, tech-savvy, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong writing abilities
  • Understanding of real estate matters, including title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in high-stress and emotional situations
  • 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a law firm on estate planning and probate law issues
  • Active member of the American Bar Association
