Immigration Attorney Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our legal team in either our Buffalo or Rochester office. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Immigration Law and a strong track record of managing a wide range of cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of employment-based immigration cases, including labor certifications, nonimmigrant petitions, and EB-1 petitions.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service to clients through genuine relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Immigration Law, with a strong focus on employment-based immigration.
  • Experience in a wide range of categories, including L-1A, L-1B, TN, E-3, and more.
  • Strong case management skills and attention to detail.
