Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to join our team at Beacon Hill. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of estate planning experience and a proven track record of success in high net worth estate planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement estate plans for high net worth individuals and families
  • Conduct thorough analyses of clients' financial situations and create tailored estate plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and financial advisors, to ensure comprehensive estate planning
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in estate planning laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of estate planning experience
  • High net worth estate planning experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
