Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key liaison between service technicians and customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Present inspection results and estimate repair costs in a clear and concise manner.
  • Verify warranty, insurance, or contract coverage for service and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and the team to provide a positive and efficient resolution for customers.
  • Record information gathered from each visit in our database and draft orders for repair.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good time management skills and reliability.
  • Valid driver's license.

Shift: Varies, Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm
